High Design Philosophy 【Features】 ○ The first chamber of the anaerobic filter tank is equipped with a flow adjustment function to mitigate fluctuations in inflow water volume, stabilizing the downstream treatment functions. ○ In the carrier reaction tank, a large-surface-area carrier is used, ensuring stable BOD removal and sufficient nitrification of ammonia nitrogen. ○ Suspended solids (SS) contained in the treated water are reliably filtered and separated in the carrier filtration tank. ○ Continuous anaerobic-aerobic circulation is implemented, achieving advanced BOD removal and nitrogen removal. ○ The CXA type is an advanced treatment system that requires only one blower and no timer. There is no risk of incorrect piping connections, and complicated timer settings are unnecessary. ○ The 5 and 7-person tanks are made with high-quality press molding. Column-free construction is also possible. ○ A backpack-shaped drainage pump tank is also available, providing a wide variety of options for various construction applications. ○ The bottom of the discharge pipe has been raised by 50mm compared to conventional designs, making piping work easier.
